Job summary

Actus Nutrition is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager for its Adell and New Holstein facilities in Wisconsin. The role collaborates with plant leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, reduce workplace risks, and strengthen the safety culture.

Key duties include managing air, wastewater, stormwater, and reporting programs, plus leading safety initiatives and investigations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field, 5–7 years of manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field is required.
• ASP, CSP, CIH or related certificates preferred.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing experience with EHS programs.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DNR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards and regulations.
• Manage environmental programs: air, wastewater, stormwater, hazardous materials, waste, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain EHS programs at the facility.
• Lead safety initiatives and train personnel on safety practices.
• Conduct incident investigations and root cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Maintain records and participate in audits and safety meetings.
