Job summary

Woodward, Inc. is seeking an EHS Leader to manage environmental, health, and safety programs at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

The role reports to the VP of Operations and leads an EHS team across a complex, team-centric manufacturing site focused on hydraulic actuators and advanced tooling. You will develop policies, drive risk reduction, and coordinate audits, training, and performance management to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing EHS policies.
• Proven leadership of EHS teams in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory EHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement environmental, health, and safety policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead the EHS team and drive performance against objectives.
• Manage EHS risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Deliver comprehensive EHS training programs to raise awareness and compliance.
• Deploy and monitor the EHS Management System and drive continuous improvement.
