Job summary

Beehive Industries in Centennial, Colorado, seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead the development and implementation of EHS programs at the Loveland, Ohio facility. This role ensures regulatory compliance and fosters a strong safety culture across additive manufacturing, engine testing, casting, laboratories, and other manufacturing activities.

You will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to execute EHS initiatives, manage day-to-day operations, and deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Experience leading EHS programs across multiple operations.
• Proven track record of safety culture improvements and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Champion proactive safety initiatives to prevent injuries and raise site safety.
• Independently identify and mitigate risks at Loveland facility.
• Collaborate with site leadership on EHS initiatives and objectives.
• Build and support a strong safety culture for operators.
• Investigate injuries and near misses; implement corrective actions.
• Deliver effective EHS training to site employees.
• Write and manage EHS policies and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance locally and with regulators.
• Manage byproducts and hazardous waste, minimizing waste and costs.
• Collaborate with site teams on change management projects.
