Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs.

This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a strong safety culture, and supporting safe operations across additive manufacturing, engine testing, casting, laboratories, and other manufacturing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or R&D environments.
• Certifications CSP, CIH, CHMM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs across manufacturing activities.
• Identify, mitigate and control risks, and foster a strong safety culture with site leadership.
• Investigate injuries, incidents, and near-misses; implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
