Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs. This role will ensure regulatory compliance, foster a strong safety culture, and support safe operations across additive manufacturing, engine testing, casting, laboratories, and other manufacturing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs across manufacturing activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance at local, state, and federal levels; interact with regulators and stakeholders as applicable.
• Investigate injuries and near misses; implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and deliver EHS training; write and manage EHS policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with site leadership on change management and safety culture initiatives.
• Manage byproducts and hazardous waste; optimize waste costs while maintaining compliance.
