Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking an EHS Manager for our Loveland, Ohio facility to lead the development and execution of EHS programs. You will build a strong safety culture, partner with site leadership, and ensure regulatory compliance across local, state, and federal requirements.

The role requires a BS in OH&S, 7+ years in manufacturing or R&D, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. Experience with additive manufacturing, engine testing, or casting is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Occupational Health & Safety Sciences or similar.
• 7+ years of manufacturing or R&D experience.
• Ability to obtain U.S. government security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, UL standards and translating to business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of EHS programs at Loveland site.
• Identify, mitigate risks and build a strong safety culture.
• Deliver EHS training and manage policies and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
• Interact with regulators and stakeholders; manage byproducts and waste.
• Collaborate with site leadership on change management.
