Job summary

Beehive Industries, LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio is hiring an EHS Manager to develop and lead our site safety and environmental health programs at the Loveland, Ohio facility. You will partner with leadership to build a strong EHS culture supporting engine component testing, additive manufacturing, casting, and labs.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Occupational Health & Safety, 7+ years in manufacturing or R&D, and proven experience in program management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• BS in Occupational Health & Safety or similar field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing or R&D environment.
• Experience with additive manufacturing, engine testing, or casting is a plus.
• Proven experience with process or program management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, UL standards; research and apply to business impact.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of EHS programs at Loveland, OH facility.
• Champion proactive safety initiatives and risk assessments.
• Partner with site leadership to build a strong EHS culture.
• Conduct investigations and implement corrective actions for incidents.
• Deliver EHS training and write/manage policies and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
• Manage hazardous waste and collaborate on change management projects.
