Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs at our Centennial, CO facility. This role ensures regulatory compliance and fosters a strong safety culture across additive manufacturing, engine testing, casting, laboratories, and other manufacturing activities.

The EHS Manager will partner closely with site leadership to execute strategic EHS initiatives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive safety initiatives to prevent injuries and improve site safety performance.
• Identify, characterize, and mitigate risks at the Centennial Loveland facility and related sites.
• Collaborate with site leadership to develop and execute focused EHS initiatives and objectives.
• Build a strong safety culture through leadership to frontline operators.
• Investigate root causes of injuries, events, and near misses and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver effective EHS training to site employees and maintain training records.
• Write, implement, and manage EHS programs, policies and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal requirements; interface with regulators as needed.
• Manage hazardous waste and other byproducts with focus on compliance and cost control.
• Collaborate with site team on change management projects.
