Job summary

Verde is seeking a Safety Coordinator/EHS to champion safety, sustainability, and compliance on our site in Lehi, Utah, supporting data center projects with a focus on OSHA standards and environmental safety.

You will lead daily safety operations, training, waste management, and fleet maintenance, while ensuring logs, SOPs, and certifications are up to date. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety coordination, facilities services, or industrial environments.
• OSHA Certification (OSHA 30) required.
• 1–2 years in a similar role.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety operations, trainings, and compliance on site.
• Coordinate incident reporting and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety logs, SOPs, and certifications.
• Conduct daily safety walks and risk assessments.
• Support environmental and hazardous materials safety.
