Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related regulations.
• Experience conducting safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation administration and case management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of environmental, health, and safety initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and administer EHS programs across the facility.
• Support and participate in safety committee meetings and related activities.
• Partner with Toyota personnel to ensure compliance with corporate safety standards.
• Develop, coordinate, and conduct EHS training programs and site-specific training.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the organization.
• Conduct facility inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards.
• Maintain and monitor environmental compliance programs, including waste, air emissions, and water requirements.
• Oversee Workers' Compensation cases and communicate with carriers and employees.
