Zusammenfassung

EmployBridge is seeking an experienced EHS leader to advance our manufacturing safety and compliance programs. You will oversee ISO management systems, regulatory adherence, audits, and training, while driving sustainability initiatives and ESG reporting across our facilities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in EHS or related field with 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, plus knowledge of OSHA/EPA/DOT rules and SEDEX/SMETA compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 5+ years of EHS and compliance leadership experience within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and environmental regulations.
• Experience with ISO management systems, SEDEX compliance, and document control processes.
• CSP, CHMM, OSHA 30, ISO Auditor or related certifications are highly preferred.

• Maintain and enhance ISO 14001 certification while leading initiatives toward ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and ISO 9001 compliance.

• Lead safety training, audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Drive sustainability, energy reduction, waste management, and ESG initiatives.
• Oversee document control systems, SOPs, compliance records, and audit readiness.
• Support SEDEX (SMETA) compliance and supplier audit programs.
• Analyze and report EHS, sustainability, and compliance metrics to leadership teams.
