Job summary

Atlantic Casting & Engineering Corp. (ACE) seeks an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead our environmental, health, and safety programs in metal manufacturing and aluminum investment casting operations.

The role emphasizes a hands-on presence on the production floor and collaboration with management, supervisors, HR, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to promote safe practices across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in safety, health, or engineering.
• 3–5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and general safety requirements.
• Experience conducting safety inspections, investigations, and root-cause analyses.
• Experience delivering employee safety training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs for the facility.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and NJDEP compliance and maintain records.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and investigations.
• Facilitate safety training and emergency procedures.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement across departments.
• Oversee environmental permits, waste handling, and reporting.
