Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to oversee regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, workers compensation) and safety programs at the Thomasville, GA site. The role reports to the site General Manager with a matrix line to Corporate EHS, and requires hands-on engagement with operations to ensure safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Environmental Science, Industrial Technology, or Engineering, 5 years of EHS experience, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Technology, or Engineering.
• 5 years of work experience in an industrial setting with EHS responsibilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
• Monitor locations for compliance and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain current, accurate permits and records.
• Investigate EHS incidents and report findings.
• Collaborate with corporate EHS and external counsel as needed.
• Maintain relationships with agencies and inspectors; communicate policies.
• Update company policies to reflect regulatory changes and operational needs.
• Maintain knowledge and certifications in environmental and safety laws.
