The role involves engaging in incident investigations, audits, training, and regulatory reporting to sustain OSHA/EHS standards and drive continual improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing safety and environmental compliance.
• Experience with incident investigations, audits, and corrective actions.
• OSHA 30, ASP, CSP, or OHST certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage workplace safety and environmental compliance programs.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain programs for LOTO, machine guarding, PPE, HazCom, forklifts, and hearing conservation.
• Oversee environmental compliance including waste, stormwater, wastewater, air emissions, and spill prevention.
• Develop and deliver employee safety training.
• Maintain OSHA/EHS records, documentation, and compliance deadlines.
• Support regulatory inspections and emergency response planning.
• Track safety trends and recommend improvements.

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager

• OSHA 30, ASP, CSP, or OHST certification preferred
• Metal fabrication, stamping, roll forming, or similar experience is a plus
• Environmental permitting and industrial hygiene experience preferred
