Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in EHS, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred
• CSP/CIH certifications preferred
• Experience in EHS roles in manufacturing, construction, or similar environments

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs (e.g., emergency response, hazard communication, PPE).
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Deliver safety training for new hires and existing employees on safe work practices and emergency protocols.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate EHS records including training logs, inspections, and regulatory documentation.
• Oversee handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with departments to integrate safety into daily operations and promote a proactive safety culture
