New Dominion Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to develop, implement, and manage safety programs across commercial drywall and government contracting projects. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, training, site audits, and proactive risk mitigation to foster a culture of safety.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of construction safety management experience, CSP/CHST or OSHA certifications, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; CSP/CHST certifications preferred.
• 5-7 years of construction safety management experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with EMR tracking, site safety plans, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and enforce OSHA/EPA-compliant safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular job site inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead accident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures.
• Manage workers' compensation program.
• Train employees and subcontractors in safety policies and best practices.
• Maintain safety records, including OSHA logs and training documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory agencies, clients, and internal personnel on safety compliance.
• Develop and oversee site-specific safety plans and government contracting safety requirements.
