Job summary

The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Representative at New Dominion Construction, LLC ensures compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations across multiple construction sites. The role proactively enforces safety policies, conducts training, and performs inspections to reduce hazards in commercial drywall and general contracting projects.

Responsibilities include daily site visits, assisting with training, coordinating safety meetings, and collaborating with field personnel

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction standards.
• OSHA-30 certification required; First Aid/CPR/AED preferred or obtainable.
• Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work across multiple sites with safety presence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections and audits on job sites daily.
• Assist EH&S director with training and bi-monthly safety meetings.
• Identify opportunities for safety improvements and risk reduction.
• Investigate incidents to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with field personnel to ensure protocol compliance.
