Job summary

Balfour Beatty US is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead safety, health and environmental programs on multi-site projects in the United States. You will ensure training for employees and subcontractors, enforce federal/state regulations, and prevent incidents through proactive risk management.

This role requires 10 years as Site Safety and Health Officer, OSHA 30 certification, and USACE EM-385 qualifications.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as a Site Safety and Health Officer.
• Current OSHA 30 certification.
• USACE EM-385 qualifications.
• Ability to lead safety programs on multi-site projects.

Responsibilities

• Conducts new employee project orientation and basic training.
• Assists in preparing safety-related bid documents and project safety programs.
• Coordinates SH&E efforts with Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Reviews JHAs and plans for safety issues at preconstruction meetings.
• Executes project safety audits and investigations; maintains incident logs.
• Leads safety training across all project teams.
