Responsibilities

• Conducts employee project orientation and basic training with Balfour Beatty and subcontractors.
• Assists with safety program development and bid/document preparation.
• Coordinates safety efforts with Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Reviews JHAs and plans safety for project execution.
• Maintains incident logs and directs accident investigations.
• Provides safety training at all levels and supports crisis management planning.
