Yara North America is seeking a HES Manager to lead the development and execution of health, environment, and safety programs across its West Coast operations, based in Stockton with a hybrid work schedule.

The role requires 7–10 years in HES leadership, CA compliance knowledge, and professional certifications. You will audit facilities, train teams, and drive regulatory compliance, incident response, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, Change Management, or related field.
• Professional certification (CSP, CHMM, OHST) in an EHS discipline.
• 7-10 years of experience as an EHS/HES leader, preferably in dist/warehouse in CA.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and advance the HES program for Yara North America facilities with focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
• Audit owned and third‑party facilities for regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
• Train and mentor facility personnel across cross‑functional teams.
• Serve as expert resource on EHS regulatory compliance for the business unit.
• Document and follow up on EHS incidents and regulations.
