Job summary

This hands-on role will spend substantial time on the manufacturing floor coaching leaders, steering audits, and advancing programs to reduce injuries, improve KPIs, and sustain safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health & safety or related field required.
• 5–7+ years of progressive EHS experience with leadership responsibility.
• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of EHS strategies to ensure a safe, compliant work environment.
• Coach leaders on safety, engage employees, and drive continuous improvement on the production floor.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure safety performance and progress.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, DOT, ISO 14001 compliance and regulatory readiness.
• Develop and maintain EHS programs, risk assessments, and hazard controls.
• Lead audits, investigations, and training programs to reduce incidents.
