Job summary

You will work hands-on on the production floor, coach leaders, and partner with operations to embed safety into everyday activities. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge (OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001), incident investigations, risk assessments, and program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health & safety or related field is required.
• OSHA 30 or higher certification is preferred.
• Experience leading audits, inspections, and incident investigations is required.
• Strong ability to develop, implement, and manage EHS programs and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of proactive, employee-centered safety culture.
• Drive employee involvement through safety committees, observations, town halls, and continuous improvement activities.
• Partner with leadership to ensure safety accountability at all levels.
• Implement and improve company-wide EHS programs, procedures, and initiatives.
• Lead risk assessments and investigations of incidents, injuries, and near misses.
• Oversee regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and ISO 14001 standards.
