Reporting operationally to the Director of Distribution centers and functionally to the Director of EHS, the EHS Manager will drive proactive safety culture across the distribution network through visible leadership, employee engagement, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives. The EHS Manager will ensure consistency across the organization relative to government compliance and Watts operating expectations and will network with other organizations across the global organization to drive excellence and best practices. Travel regularly to distribution centers throughout North America to conduct audits, support investigations, provide training, sharing best practices, and ensure alignment with corporate EHS standards. Success in this role will be measured through injury rate reduction, regulatory compliance, audit performance, corrective action closure, training completion, and overall improvement in safety culture and sharing best practices across the organization.

While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site at a manufacturing facility and will perform the majority of your duties in an office environment. You may, at times, be required to be present on the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be required to work in the office at the Groveport, OH location (Monday - Friday). Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager. Domestic and International Travel Required: 25-35%.
