Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is offering a three-year rotational Leadership and Technical Development Program for Supply Chain Management. This program is designed to accelerate the development of entry-level talent and provides exposure to various roles within the supply chain.

The ideal candidate will complete three 12-month rotations, gaining foundational skills through hands-on experiences and collaboration within a global team. Strong candidates will have a relevant degree and a passion for supply chain functions. Relocation is required for program placements across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8/4.0.
• Must be willing to relocate domestically for rotations.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 12-month rotations based on business needs.
• Travel and relocate to participating facilities.
