Participants will engage in hands-on experiences in logistics, procurement, and frontline leadership while being actively involved in networking opportunities across various Caterpillar leadership levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8/4.0.
• Ability to work with diverse cultures.
• Organized and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 12-month rotations in Supply Chain.
• Travel and relocate for rotations.
• Engage in diverse project responsibilities.
