Job summary
Wabtec Corporation offers the LEAD Operations – EHS Rotational Development Program in the United States, a structured two-year path with four 6-month rotations to build expertise in health, safety, and environmental areas across multiple sites.
You will rotate through Health & Safety, Environmental, and site leadership roles, gaining exposure to OSHA/EPA standards, audits, and continuous improvement. Relocation and travel support are provided to enable nationwide placements.
Qualifications
- Four-year degree in Safety Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety or related technical fields.
- Graduating by May/June 2027.
- Willingness and ability to travel and relocate within the United States.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- GPA >= 3.0 (4.0 scale).
- Prior work or internship experience in EHS roles.
Responsibilities
- Complete a two-year rotation with four 6-month assignments.
- Lead a small site EHS team during final rotation.
- Develop knowledge in OSHA, EPA and state requirements, auditing, and incident investigations.
- Interact with employees to promote health and safety and continuous improvement.
