Qualifications

• Four-year technical degree with ABET Accreditation in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Software, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• Overall GPA >= 3.0 based on a 4.0 scale
• Graduating by December 2026/January 2027 or May/June 2027
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate within the United States to Erie, PA
• Prior intern or co-op experience preferred
• Open to applicants legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Participate in LEAD Engineering rotations to gain broad exposure across engineering functions
• Engage in leadership and technical training, contributing to program execution
• Develop a lifelong network of colleagues through program engagement
