What to Expect in LEAD (Leadership, Expertise & Accelerated Development):
The LEAD Operations Program is a 2-year rotational program that allows you to choose areas of interest and develop your skill sets. LEAD consists of four, 6-month rotations that provide broad exposure to the engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and EHS functions, leading to successful off-program placement in a role that will launch your Wabtec career. You can focus on areas in LEAN, 6sigma, supply chain, logistics, materials, testing, services, sourcing, leadership/supervision, additive and more.
Your program experience will include leadership and technical training, contributions to program operations, exposure to senior leadership, and development of a lifelong network of professionals and friends.
Individuals joining the program in the US must be willing and available to accept rotations in any of our locations based on business needs. Examples of those locations include but are not limited to Erie, Grove City & Pittsburgh, PA; Greenville, Duncan & Columbia, SC; Kansas City, MO; Fort Worth, TX; Germantown, MD; Las Vegas, NV; and Salem, VA. Relocation lump sum is provided to get you where you need to go.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary rate for this role is currently $72,000. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. More information on offered benefits, which include health, welfare, and retirement, are available at mywabtecbenefits.com. Other benefit offerings for this role may include annual bonus, if eligible.
