Job summary

WillScot is seeking an experienced EHS leader to partner with division, region, and branch management to implement and continuously improve EHS and loss control processes. You will promote a caring culture focused on health, safety, and wellbeing of employees, vendors, and temporary staff, ensuring EPA, DOT, OSHA compliance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science or related field required.
• Professional certification: ASP/CSP, CIH, CPEA, REM/REP, CHMM.
• 7–10 years of experience in the EHS field with at least 3 years in a management role strongly preferred.
• OSHA Authorized Trainer

Responsibilities

• Be the EHS Champion who motivates, inspires and drives continuous improvement.
• Influence the performance culture through comprehensive EHS assessments and compliance.
• Provide expertise for investigations of EHS incidents and corrective actions.
• Design and implement EHS plans/policies aligned with goals and zero-harm culture.
• Prepare weekly/monthly incident and CAPA reports and drive action closure.
• Deliver EHS training to improve branch and regional competency.
