Job summary

WillScot is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to partner with Division, Region and Branch leaders to implement and continuously improve environment, health and safety programs in line with WS priorities and applicable regulations. You will act as a catalyst to promote a caring culture focused on wellbeing.

You will lead investigations, audits, and corrective actions, develop plans, deliver training, and drive a Zero Harm mindset across multi‑state operations with up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science or related field.
• Professional certification: ASP/CSP, CIH, CPEA, REM/REP, CHMM.
• Demonstrated safety leadership in prior roles with increasing responsibilities.
• 7–10 years of EHS experience, with at least 3 years in management.
• OSHA Authorized Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Be the EHS Champion driving continuous improvement in WS EHS management system.
• Audit and measure region/branch compliance with WS EHS processes and regulations.
• Investigate EHS and loss control concerns; develop corrective actions and follow-up.
• Design, develop and implement EHS plans/policies aligned with WS goals.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/incidents/root-cause analyses and suggest changes.
• Provide regulatory and technical EHS support to teams; update risk assessments.
• Deliver EHS training and mentor employees to improve competency.
• Facilitate communication and track progress on improvements.
