Job summary

WillScot is seeking a senior EHS professional to partner with division and branch management to implement and improve environment, health and safety programs. You will support EPA, DOT, OSHA compliance, and lead initiatives to minimize risk while promoting a Zero Harm culture across 260+ locations.

You will design systems, conduct risk assessments, and train teams to meet regulatory and corporate goals. This is a high-travel role requiring up to 75% travel and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Safety Management or a related field is preferred.
• Professional certifications (ASP/CSP, CIH, CPEA, REM/REP, CHMM) are desired.
• Demonstrated safety leadership with increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the EHS Champion who motivates, inspires, creates passion and drives continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives and participate on project teams for EHS excellence.
• Assess compliance with EPA, OSHA, DOT, and state/local requirements.
• Investigate EHS incidents and develop corrective actions with follow-up.
• Design and execute EHS plans and policies aligned with goals.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, incident, and CAPA reports for leadership.
• Provide regulatory support to regional teams and revise risk assessments.
• Deliver EHS training and drive a Zero Harm culture.
• Collaborate on change management and track improvements to closure.
