Job summary

WillScot seeks an experienced EHS professional to partner with division, region, and branch leadership to implement and improve environment, health, safety, and loss control programs. You will champion the EHS system, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with EPA, DOT, OSHA regulations across multiple sites.

You will lead investigations, design training, and collaborate to deploy policies, aiming for a Zero Harm culture and strong risk mitigation across U.S. operations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as ASP/CSP, CIH, CPEA, REM/REP, CHMM preferred.
• OSHA Authorized Trainer certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as EHS champion driving continuous improvement and lead initiatives across branches and regions.
• Audit region/branch compliance with EHS management system, regulations, and best practices.
• Investigate EHS incidents, implement corrective actions and ensure proper communication.
• Develop EHS plans/policies with leadership to promote Zero Harm culture and effective deployment.
• Prepare weekly/monthly incident and CAPA reports, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regulatory support and lead risk assessments to eliminate unsafe acts and exposures.
