Job summary

WillScot, a leading provider of portable space solutions, is seeking an EHS Manager to partner with division, region, and branch teams to drive environmental, health, safety, and loss control programs across multiple locations. The role emphasizes a Zero Harm culture and regulatory compliance.

You will lead assessments, investigations, training, and CAPA actions, travel up to 75%, supervise regional leaders, and ensure DOT, EPA, OSHA standards are met.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science or related field
• Professional certification: ASP/CSP, CIH, CPEA, REM/REP, CHMM
• Demonstrated safety leadership in prior roles
• 7–10 years in EHS with at least 3 years in management
• OSHA Authorized Trainer

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS champion initiatives and drive continuous improvement in WS EHS management system.
• Audit and assess region/branches for compliance with EHS processes and regulations.
• Investigate EHS and loss control incidents; implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement EHS plans aligned with WS goals across regions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly EHS reports and CAPA tracking to closure.
• Provide regulatory support for DOT, EPA, OSHA compliance across multi-state operations.
• Deliver EHS training to improve competency and empowerment.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive a Zero Harm culture across Branches.
