Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Leader to develop and implement robust EHS programs for new manufacturing sites in Maryland and beyond.

You will drive TRIR reduction, lead ISO 14001/45001 readiness, and partner with Operations, Engineering, HR, and external agencies to embed safety as a core value. The role demands senior-level EHS expertise, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage digital platforms and dashboards for EHS metrics and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, construction, or a similarly complex environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing EHS compliance programs and management systems.
• Experience establishing, implementing, or maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems and supporting certification audits.
• Strong knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Ability to analyze EHS data, establish KPIs, and translate findings into practical actions.
• Experience with EHS digital platforms such as MyLearning, Gensuite, MSDSOnline, and workforce headcount systems is preferred.
• Strong project leadership, organizational, communication, training, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own development and continuous improvement of EHS compliance programs and management systems.
• Drive initiatives to achieve 1.0 TRIR and strengthen safety culture and risk prevention.
• Coordinate environmental due diligence and site assessments.
• Obtain and maintain environmental, health, and safety permits and licenses.
• Lead EHS management system governance, audits, corrective actions, and reviews.
• Develop training and onboarding modules for employees and leaders.
