Job summary

AeroFlow Technologies is seeking an EH&S Manager to establish and promote a safe and healthy working environment at our WA plant. Lead EH&S programs, regulatory compliance, and training to reduce workplace hazards.

You will oversee environmental permits, incident investigations, and liaison with regulatory agencies, driving continuous improvement in safety performance and environmental stewardship across operations.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and ability to document safety programs.
• Experience leading EH&S initiatives and safety committees.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all EH&S programs, policies, and initiatives to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, WA L&I, and related regs.
• Manage L&I/Workers' Compensation cases in partnership with HR and plant supervisors, including claims management and return-to-work programs.
• Serve as primary contact for incident reporting, investigations, hazard identification, and corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver EH&S training programs for employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Manage environmental permits, registrations, reporting, and regulatory filings; liaise with agencies during inspections.
