Job summary

The Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager will lead all EHS programs for a manufacturing facility in Jackson, MI, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving a proactive safety culture.

You will partner with site leadership to improve workplace safety and operational performance, manage permits, trainings, investigations, and audits in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with OSHA, EPA, process safety, and environmental compliance programs.
• Experience leading safety training, investigations, and compliance initiatives in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing setting.
