Job summary

Crane Co. is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead all environmental, health, and safety programs at its Los Angeles manufacturing site.

You will partner with plant leadership to drive a proactive safety culture, manage regulatory compliance, and lead incident investigations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to engage employees at all levels to reduce risk and strengthen environmental

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in environmental and occupational safety programs.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and experience with audits and permits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute site EHS strategy aligned with Crane Company standards.
• Lead proactive safety culture through engagement and training.
• Serve as advisor to site leadership on EHS risks and compliance.
• Ensure Cal/OSHA, OSHA, EPA and local regulatory compliance.
• Lead regulatory inspections, audits, and investigations.
• Maintain permits, reporting, records, and compliance documentation.
• Lead investigations and corrective action programs.
• Conduct risk assessments and job hazard analyses to mitigate hazards.
• Develop EHS training and emergency response programs.
• Monitor EHS metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead EHS audits and support ISO 14001/45001 activities.
