Job summary

DuPont Printing and Films is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Leader to direct the Towanda site’s EHS program. The Towanda facility, with about 60 employees, focuses on safe operations, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

The role provides technical guidance, drives audits and corrective actions, and partners across teams to strengthen EHS performance and safety culture. The leader will implement site EHS programs, ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA/DEP/DOT/RCRA/Title

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related manufacturing discipline.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or EHS experience.
• Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementation of site EHS programs and initiatives.
• Provide EHS guidance to employees and site leadership.
• Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEP, DOT, RCRA, Title V, NPDES, ISO14001.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, corrective actions and follow-ups.
• Maintain EHS records, permits, reports, metrics, and information systems.
• Communicate EHS performance and improvements to stakeholders.
• Serve as site lead for assigned EHS programs.
