Job summary

DuPont in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking an experienced PPC EHS Leader to own the site's Environmental, Health and Safety management system and drive regulatory compliance across 24/7 blown-film extrusion and converting operations.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead the EHS team, build capability, establish metrics, conduct audits, and partner across functions to reduce risk and strengthen the safety culture.

Qualifications

• 7 years of relevant EHS, manufacturing, or continuous‑improvement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001; OSHA/EPA knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Embrace and model core values; empower employees and contractors to identify hazards and stop unsafe work.
• Lead and develop the site EHS team and competency networks; provide coaching and technical guidance.
• Own and improve the EHS management system, calendar, registers, policies and records; align with standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and environmental permits; interface with regulators.
