Job summary

DuPont Towanda site seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Leader to guide the EHS program across operations. The role provides technical guidance, drives regulatory compliance, and partners with teams to improve safety culture.

Reporting to site leadership, this position supports audits, permits, and reporting while coordinating across departments to ensure safe, sustainable operations and continuous improvement at the Towanda facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, science, or a related manufacturing discipline.
• 5+ years of Manufacturing, EHS, or related industry experience.
• Working knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and management systems.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory, corporate, and site requirements to operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement site EHS programs, procedures, and initiatives.
• Provide EHS technical guidance and interpretation of requirements to staff and leadership.
• Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEP, DOT, RCRA and related obligations.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and corrective actions to maintain compliance.
• Maintain EHS records, permits, reports, and metrics.
