DuPont PPC is seeking an experienced EHS Leader to safeguard people, the environment, and business continuity across our 24/7 blown-film extrusion and converting operations. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will own the site EHS program and partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, HR, and Supply Chain to drive continuous safety improvements.

You will lead the EHS team, establish metrics, manage regulatory compliance with OSHA/EPA/DOT, and drive incidents investigations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in plastics, 24/7 manufacturing, or similar environments a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead site EHS program and team; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, DOT compliance; coordinate audits and inspections.
• Develop annual EHS objectives and leading/lagging metrics.
• Manage training, incident investigations, and corrective actions across the site.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, maintenance, and HR to reduce risk and ensure safe operations.
• Strengthen contractor safety, onboarding, and field oversight; support emergency planning.
