Job summary

The EHS Coordinator at Goodyear Texarkana plant will serve as the subject matter expert on environmental, health and safety programs, ensuring alignment with federal, state and local regulations and Goodyear standards.

You will partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to drive EHS initiatives, strengthen safety culture, and support continuous improvement in management systems and worker engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety discipline, engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations at multiple levels.
• Experience leading EHS initiatives in a large manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the EHS expert for the Manufacturing Unit and guide best practices.
• Lead implementation of EHS initiatives aligned with plant, regional, and global goals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable EHS regulations, standards and policies.
• Develop strategies to increase EHS engagement and strengthen safety culture.
• Track, analyze, and report EHS metrics and support AOP goals.
