Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking an EHS Leader to develop, implement, and track EHS solutions within the Services Technology Acceleration Center (STAC) at our Cincinnati area facility. You will lead programs to ensure OSHA/compliance, manage audits, and drive a proactive safety culture.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing EHS, strong cross-functional collaboration, and experience with corrective actions and regulatory interfaces. This position is onsite at GE Aerospace facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Environment, Health and/or Safety, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience driving EHS in a Manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS programs, procedures, and site records to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide day-to-day EHS support at a manufacturing facility.
• Lead EHS training and maintain records; update site procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations to implement programs and drive safety culture.
• Conduct EHS audits on the shop floor regularly.
• Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Interface with regulatory agencies and report required data.
• Mentor colleagues and lead small projects as needed.
