GE Aerospace seeks an experienced EHS leader to drive departmental planning and execution at a site or project level, applying technical discipline and policy strategy. The role includes direct people management, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of EHS experience, plus strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 5 years of EHS experience.
• May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
• Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop talent; direct people management including staffing and performance development.
• Understand how own area integrates with others; aware of competition and market differentiators.
• Propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and interdependent production cycles.
