Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper's Aspers site is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety, environment and regulatory programs for a multi-process bottling facility and distribution center. The role focuses on building a strong safety culture, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across teams.

The position administers the Workers' Compensation program, delivers training on safe practices, and drives EHS initiatives in alignment with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years EHS experience in manufacturing
• Experience with ISO environmental management systems preferred
• CSP and/or CIH certification preferred
• Strong ergonomic risk reduction background
• Excellent communication with stakeholders
• Proven ability to develop safety and continuous environmental improvement as part of the Company culture
• Able to be on call 24/7

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS program development and execution at the site
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations
• Oversee regulatory audits and implement corrective actions
• Administer Workers' Compensation program and incident reporting
• Implement training programs to promote safe practices and continuous improvement
• Drive strategic EHS initiatives aligned with corporate goals
• Set specific safety and health goals and measure progress
