Job summary

Siemens Industry is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager for our Alliance, Texas manufacturing facility. The role sits on the site leadership team and manages EHS engagement and compliance across the Fort Worth site, aligning with OSHA and ISO requirements to drive a sustainable safety culture.

You’ll lead the rollout of EHS programs, coordinate trainings, participate in audits, and partner with regulatory agencies to ensure conformance with ISO 45001 and other health and safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years EHS experience in industrial manufacturing, with supervision experience.
• Experience with ISO 45001:2018.
• Experience leading and implementing occupational safety & health programs.
• Cross-functional team collaboration and project management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develops, proposes and implements EHS processes and methods.
• Roll out EHS programs and monitor milestones.
• Coordinate industrial hygiene surveys, ergonomic evaluations, air monitoring, noise sampling.
• Partner with training on EHS training programs and risk assessment.
• Participate in audits and address EHS issues.
• Maintain knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, ANSI etc.
• Interface with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
• Ensure ISO 45001 conformance.
