Job summary

Siemens is seeking an EHS Professional for 2nd shift at the Fort Worth, TX facility. The role leads safety, health, and environmental programs across manufacturing operations, ensuring ISO 14001 and 45001 compliance and driving a strong EHS culture.

You will work with leadership to develop policies, lead investigations, and coordinate training, while communicating effectively with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years EHS experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO 45001:2018 OSHMS & 14001:2015 EMS.
• Experience managing/leading occupational safety & health programs and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Leadership Team and Corporate Resources on EHS activities.
• Lead cross functional teams to achieve EHS goals and objectives.
• Conduct and manage EHS incident investigations and recordkeeping.
• Perform/coordinate industrial hygiene surveys, ergonomic evaluations, air monitoring, noise sampling.
• Collaborate on EHS training programs and content development.
