Job summary

Ellaway Blues Consulting seeks an EHS Program Compliance Manager (Systems Manager) to design, implement, and manage integrated EHS management systems for a Texas-based manufacturing client, with Fort Worth as the base.

You will lead ISO 14001/45001 certification efforts, build regulatory-compliant programs for OSHA/EPA/TCEQ, and establish data dashboards and reporting for executive leadership. This is a full-time on-site role in Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

BS or higher in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
CSP, CHMM, CIH, or Lead Auditor certification in ISO 14001/45001 strongly preferred.
Experience designing and implementing integrated EHS management systems in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Assess and harmonize existing EHS programs across the Texas facility.
Develop and implement EHS programs, SOPs, and an Industrial Hygiene program.
Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification readiness and related audits.
Develop OSHA and TCEQ compliance programs and reporting.
Establish enterprise-wide EHS data platforms, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership.
