Job summary

Siemens Industry Inc. is seeking an EHS Professional for 2nd shift at its Fort Worth, TX facility with over 1,000 employees. The role focuses on managing safety, health, and environmental compliance across factory operations and driving EHS culture improvements.

You will lead development and coordination of EHS programs, partner with leadership, and ensure ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards are met, impacting Business Unit performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–10 years EHS experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 45001:2018 OSHMS & 14001:2015 EMS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Leadership Team on EHS activities and initiatives.
• Lead cross functional teams to achieve EHS goals and objectives.
• Conduct/incidents investigations and track records.
• Perform industrial hygiene surveys, ergonomic evaluations, air monitoring, and noise sampling.
• Assist in EHS training programs and content development.
