Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited EHS Apprentice program.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in achieving safety organization goals.
  • Plan, implement and coordinate safety programs and procedures.
  • Stay current with regulatory changes and update manuals and policies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with site safety staff to standardize practices across sites.
  • Mentor and develop technical safety skills for employees and leaders.
  • Lead and document risk/hazard assessments and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct safety audits and weekly audit recaps; maintain training matrices.
  • Investigate incidents and manage follow-up with involved parties.
  • Represent EC to clients and EHS professionals to guide project safety.
